菟丝特对日本菟丝子及其寄主黄素梅部分生理指标的影响

摘要:

【目的】从生理学角度探讨菟丝特对黄素梅上日本菟丝子的作用机理,为日本菟丝子的防除提供科学依据。【方法】用3种浓度6%菟丝特AS(6、和14 ml/L)对接种了日本菟丝子的黄素梅进行喷洒处理,药后7 d测定日本菟丝子及黄素梅幼苗的部分生理指标。【结果】在供试浓度范围内,6%菟丝特AS处理后日本菟丝子SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.05,下同),分别是对照的28.34%、38.73%、58.68%和67.37%、39.62%、71.05%;可溶性糖含量、POD活性和CAT活性显著高于对照。而6%菟丝特AS处理后黄素梅幼苗的叶绿素荧光参数、光合作用参数、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和保护酶(SOD、CAT和POD)活性均显著高于对照;叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量在6 ml/L浓度处理下显著高于对照,是对照的1.35和1.53倍,其余浓度下无显著差异。【结论】6%菟丝特AS通过影响菟丝子体内蛋白质等生物大分子的代谢、破坏菟丝子体内保护酶系统的平衡发挥对菟丝子的防治作用。寄主植物黄素梅则通过维持较强的光合作用和较高的可溶性蛋白水平及均衡的保护酶系统免遭菟丝特的伤害。

Abstract:【Objective】In order to clarify the action mechanism of tusite on Duranta repens cv. Gold leaves inoculated with Cuscuta japouica Choisy from the perspective of plant physiology and provide scientific basis for controlling C. japouica. 【Method】The part of physiological indexes of C. japouica and D. repens cv. sprayed by tusite in 3 density(6 mL/L,10 mL/L and 14 mL/L) were measured. 【Result】Within the tested concentrations of this experiment, the activity of SOD and the content of soluble protein were significantly lower than those in control,which are 28.34%, 38.73%, 58.68% and 67.37%, 39.62%, 71.05% of control; The content of soluble sugars and the activities of CAT and POD were obviously higher than those of the controls in tusite on C. japouica. And in D. repens cv. sprayed by tusite, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, photosynthetic parameter, the content of soluble protein, the content of soluble sugars and the activities of protective enzymes(SOD, CAT and POD) were significantly rising. The chlorophyll(a and b) content were notably higher in 6 mL/L than controls and the results are 1.53 and 1.35 times of control but no significant difference in 10 mL/L and 14 mL/L. 【Conclusion】The 6% tusite AS have effects by altering metabolism of protein and other biomacromolecule and destroying the balance of protective enzyme in C. japouica. On the contrary, the host plant, D. repens cv., can prevent injury from tusite through remaining higher level of photosynthesis, increasing the content of soluble protein and keeping the balance of protect enzyme.
