芥菜型油菜重组自交系群体种子油含量和蛋白质含量的变异及其相关性分析

摘要:

【目的】对芥菜型油菜重组自交系群体种子的油含量和蛋白质含量进行检测并分析二者间的相关性,筛选优异育种资源,为芥菜型油菜育种提供研究基础和应用材料。【方法】利用近红外方法测定139份芥菜型油菜重组自交系群体种子的油含量和蛋白质含量,并分析两者间的相关性。【结果】在贵阳的环境条件下,139份芥菜型油菜重组自交系群体种子的油含量和蛋白质含量表现出明显的变异,其变异范围分别为33.1%~47.7%和22.0%~33.3%,并被划分为三大群体。群体Ⅰ材料的油含量和蛋白质含量平均值分别为33.7%和32.8%,变异系数分别为2.3%和0.7%;群体Ⅱ材料的油含量和蛋白质含量平均值分别为41.2%和26.2%,变异系数分别为5.3%和6.6%;群体Ⅲ材料的油含量和蛋白质含量平均值分别为45.9%和23.6%,变异系数分别为2.7%和4.8%。相关性分析结果显示,芥菜型油菜种子的油含量和蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。【结论】芥菜型油菜重组自交系群体种子的油含量和蛋白质含量变异丰富且存在显著负相关。高油含量株系RIL020、高蛋白质含量株系RIL038和高总含量(油+蛋白质)株系RIL078是3份优异的芥菜型油菜种质资源,可用于芥菜型油菜的遗传育种和基础研究。

【Objective】Seed oil and protein content of recombinant inbred lines(RIL) of Brassica juncea were measured, their correlation was analyzed, and excellent germplasm materials were screened in order to provide research basis and materials for B. juncea breeding. 【Method】Seed oil content and protein content of 139 RIL samples were measured by near infrared spectrometer method, and their correlation was analyzed. 【Result】In the environment of Guiyang, the oil content and protein content of these materials showed great variation, variation range of oil content was 33.1%-47.7% and that of protein content was 22.0%-33.3%. The materials could be divided into three groups. In GroupⅠ, average oil content was 33.7% and coefficient of variation 2.3%, average protein content was 32.8% and coefficient of variation 0.7%. In Group Ⅱ, average oil content was 41.2% and coefficient of variation 5.3%, average protein content was 26.2% and coefficient of variation 6.6%. In Group Ⅲ, average oil content was 45.9% and coefficient of variation 2.7%, average protein content was 23.6% and coefficient of variation 4.8%. Oil content and protein content showed significantly negative correlation(P<0.01). 【Conclusion】Seed oil content and protein content of B. juncea RIL show great variation and significant negative correlation. Three excellent B. juncea germplasms are detected: RIL020 with high oil content, RIL038 with high protein content and RIL078 with high sum(oil+protein) content. The three materials can be used for genetic breeding and fundamental research of B. juncea.
