橡胶树胶胞炭疽菌对乙烯利敏感性初报

【目的】探讨植物生长调节剂乙烯利对橡胶树胶胞炭疽菌生长速率、孢子萌发和附着胞形成的影响,为橡胶树炭疽病防治提供新途径。【方法】以橡胶树胶胞炭疽菌RC169为供试菌株,利用菌丝生长速率法、孢子萌发法等常规植物病理学方法测定浓度为50.00、25.00、12.50、6.24、3.12和0 g/L的乙烯利处理对RC169菌丝生长的影响,以及浓度为0、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6和3.2 g/L的乙烯利处理对RC169孢子萌发、附着胞形成等的影响。【结果】参试梯度浓度(50.00、25.00、12.50、6.24、3.12和0 g/L)乙烯利对RC169生长的抑菌率分别为98.6%、88.1%、34.7%、25.0%、8.1%和0,相应回归方程为y=2.9157x+1.9585,R2=0.9518;参试梯度浓度(0、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6和3.2 g/L)乙烯利下RC169孢子萌发率分别为92.20%、36.70%、20.60%、12.30%、2.63%和0,相应线性回归方程为:y=-1.3945x+7.0663,R2=0.6803,RC169附着胞形成率分别为90.50%、5.37%、3.13%、1.10%、0和0,对应线性回归方程为:y=-1.7383x+6.7965,R2=0.8493。【结论】在一定浓度范围,乙烯利对橡胶树胶胞炭疽菌菌丝生长、孢子萌发、附着胞形成均具有抑制作用,且随着乙烯利浓度的升高,其抑制作用随之增强。

【Objective】The present study explored the effects of ethephon on growth rate of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides in rubber, spore germination and appressorium formation, so as to provide new measures to prevent and control rubber tree anthracnose.【Method】RC169 strain was taken as material, effects of ethephon at concentration of 50.00, 25.00,12.50,6.24,3.12 and 0 g/L on RC169 mycelium growth were detected using mycelium growth rate method and spore germination method. Effects of ethephon at concentration of 0,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6 and 3.2 g/L on spore germination rate and appressorium formation rate were also detected. 【Result】When concentration of ethephon were at 50.0, 25.0,12.5,6.24, 3.12 and 0 g/L, its inhabitation rate on RC169 were 98.6%, 88.1%, 34.7%, 25.0%, 8.1% and 0 respectively, the regression equation was y=2.9157x+1.9585,R2=0.9518. Spore germination rate of RC169 at different ethephon concentrations (0,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6 and 3.2 g/L) were 92.20%, 36.70%, 20.60%, 12.30%, 2.63% and 0, and the regression equation was y=-1.3945x+7.0663,R2=0.6803. Appressorium forming rate of RC169 were 90.50%, 5.37%, 3.13%, 1.10% 0 and 0, regression equation was y=-1.7383x+6.7965,R2=0.8493. 【Conclusion】When the concentration falls within certain scope, ethephon can inhibit mycelium growth, spore germination and appressorium formation. With the increasing of ethephon concentration, the inhibition rate enhances.
