拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂在卷烟生产环境中的降解动态分析

【目的】研究拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂在卷烟生产环境中的降解行为,为在卷烟生产中安全合理地使用杀虫剂提供参考。【方法】分别将1倍MRLs浓度的3种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂(氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯和顺式氯氰菊酯)施加到卷烟生产环境的两种介质(烟丝和铁板表面),施加24 h后作为第1次取样时间,以后每隔7 d取样1次检测杀虫剂含量,共进行6轮取样检测,计算不同杀虫剂在不同介质中的降解速率,并建立降解模型。【结果】3种杀虫剂在两种介质中的含量随推移时间呈降低趋势,其降解速率总体表现为先快后慢再加快;截至施药后36 d,氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯和顺式氯氰菊酯在烟丝中的降解率分别为97.14%、88.89%和95.38%,在铁板表面的降解率分别为29.95%、48.99%和40.24%;3种杀虫剂在烟丝中的半衰期为1~2 d,在铁板表面的半衰期为6~10 d。【结论】3种杀虫剂在两种介质中的含量随时间推移呈逐渐衰减趋势,其规律符合降解一级动力学方程。

【Objective】In order to provide reference for applying scientifically and safely pyrethroids insecticides in cigarette manufacturing environment, the degradation of three pyrethroids insecticides were studied. 【Method】Three kinds of pyrethroids insecticides(permethrin, cyfluthrin and cypermethrin) at MRLs concentration applied to 2 kinds of media viz., cut tobacco and iron plate surface in cigarette production environment. After 24 h was the first sampling time, samples were collected every 7 days, with a total of 6 sampling times. Then the degradation rates of insecticides in different media were calculated, and the degradation model was established. 【Result】The results showed that, the content of insecticide residues gradually decreased, the insecticides degraded first fast, then slow and finally fast on the whole. After 36 d, the degradation rates of permethrin, cyfluthrin and cypermethrin in cut tobacco were up to 97.14%, 88.89% and 95.38%, respectively, while the degradation rates on iron plate surface were 29.95%, 48.99% and 40.24%, respectively. And their half-lives in cut tobacco ranged from 1 to 2 d, and those on iron plate surface ranged from 6 to 10 d. 【Conclusion】Three insecticides residues contents in the two kinds of media show gradual decreasing trend, their degradation laws accord with the first-order kinetics equation.
