广西甘蔗新品种区域试验宿根蔗适应性与稳定性分析 |

【目的】评价分析广西甘蔗新品种宿根蔗的适应性和稳定性,为甘蔗新品种的审定和推广应用提供参考。【方法】利用AMMI模型对广西甘蔗区域试验2014年宿根蔗的产量性状进行适应性与稳定性分析,并以产量性状的表型值和相应的稳定性参数值对参试品种进行系统聚类分析。【结果】11个参试品种中,GT06-244、GT06-1721、GT03-1438、GT07-994和LC05-136产量较高、丰产性较好,GT05-3626和GT03-3005稳定性较好。GT03-1438、GT06-244、GT06-1721、LC05-136、GT07-994和GT05-3626在河池、柳州和南宁试点有较好的适应性,GYC1-2003、GT06-2361、GT06-3283、GT07-645和GT03-3005在龙州和百色试点有较好的适应性。5个试点中,龙州点判别力较强,柳州点判别力较弱。系统聚类分析可将参试品种聚为5类,第Ⅰ类包括GT07-994、GT06-244和GT06-1721,表现为高产高糖、稳定性一般;第Ⅱ类包括LC05-136和GT03-1438,表现为特高产或特高糖、稳定性较差;第Ⅲ类包括GYC1-2003、GT07-645和GT06-3283,产量表现与对照相当、稳定性一般;第Ⅳ类包括GT06-2361,产量较低、稳定性较差;第Ⅴ类包括GT05-3626和GT03-3005,产量一般、稳定性较好。【结论】GT06-244、GT07-994、GT06-1721、LC05-136和GT06-3283产量性状综合表现较好,可因地制宜进行示范种植和推广应用。 |
【Objective】The regional adaptation and stability of new sugarcane varieties in Guangxi were evaluated, in order to provide technical references for certification, promotion and application of new sugarcane varieties. 【Method】Using AMMI model, the adaptation and stability of ratoon-cane yield trait in Guangxi regional trial of 2014 were analysed. Further, the hierarchical cluster analysis was conducted based on phenotypic value of yield trait and related stability parameters of tested varieties. 【Result】Among 11 tested varieties, GT06-244, GT06-1721, GT03-1438, GT07-994 and LC05-136 were higher in yield, but GT05-3626 and GT03-3005 were more superior in stability. GT03-1438, GT06-244, GT06-1721, LC05-136, GT07-994 and GT05-3626 had more adaptability in trial sites of Hechi, Liuzhou and Nanning. Moreover, GYC1-2003, GT06-2361, GT06-3283, GT07-645 and GT03-3005 had more adaptability in trial sites of Longzhou and Baise. Among 5 trial sites, Longzhou was the strongest in discriminability, but Liuzhou was the weakest. In addition, the hierarchical cluster analysis showed that, all tested varieties were clustered into in 5 clusters, as follows: Cluster Ⅰ included GT07-994, GT06-244 and GT06-1721, which were characterized by high yield and sugar content but ordinary stability. Cluster Ⅱ included LC05-136 and GT03-1438, which were characterized by very high yield or sugar content but with poor stability. Cluster Ⅲ included GYC1-2003, GT07-645 and GT06-3283, which were characterized by same yield with control variety and ordinary stability. Cluster Ⅳ included only GT06-2361, which was characterized by low yield and poor stability. Cluster Ⅴ included GT05-3626 and GT03-3005, which were characterized by low yield and strong stability. 【Conclusion】GT06-244, GT07-994, GT06-1721, LC05-136 and GT06-3283 show better comprehensive yield-trait performance, which should be demonstrated, promoted and applied according to local conditions and variety characteristics. |
