摘要: |
【目的】研究菜蚜茧蜂体表感器的超微结构,为解释其寄生功能提供理论依据。【方法】收集菜蚜茧蜂成蜂,运用扫描电镜技术对雌、雄菜蚜茧蜂的触角、复眼、口器和足上的重要感器形态及超微结构进行系统观察。【结果】菜蚜茧蜂主要有6种类型的感器:板形感器、刺形感器、毛形感器、锥形感器、B■hm氏鬃毛和膜状中垫,并对各感器的形态和分布特点进行描述。【结论】菜蚜茧蜂触角鞭节上感器的种类和数量最多,其中毛形感器的数量最多且分布最广。 |
【Objective】The ultrastructure of sensilla on body surface of Diaeretiella rapae were studied, in order to provide theoretical basis for understanding function of sensilla on D. rapae parasitizing in aphid. 【Method】The adult D. rapae were collected, then the morphology and ultrastructure of sensilla on antennas, compound eyes, mouthparts and legs of female and male D. rapae were observed with scanning electron microscopy. 【Result】There were six types of sensilla to be found on D. rapae, as follows: sensilla placoid, sensilla chaetica, sensilla trichoidea, sensilla basiconica, B■hm bristle and membranous arolium. Meanwhile, their morphological characters and distribution were described. 【Conclusion】The variety and quantity of sensilla on antenna flagellums of D. rapae were found to be the largest. And the greatest quantity of sensilla trichoidea were most widely distributed on body surface of D. rapae. |
