外源激素对茶花花期及品质的影响

摘要:

【目的】研究植物外源激素对盆栽茶花花期及品质的影响,为观赏茶花花期调控提供科学依据。【方法】在烈香茶花盆栽苗形成花苞后分别喷施100.0、250.0、500.0和1000.0 mg/L赤霉素(GA)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)及两种激素(GA+6-BA)的等量混合溶液,以喷清水为对照(CK),持续观测其初花期、始花期、盛花期及末花期等花期指标,并测量花径、单花持续时间等开花品质指标。【结果】选用100.0~1000.0 mg/L GA、100.0~1000.0 mg/L GA+6-BA等量混合溶液分别喷施烈香茶花盆栽苗均能使茶花花期提前,且提前时间随着GA和GA+6-BA浓度的增高而逐渐增加,当GA和GA+6-BA达最高浓度1000.0 mg/L时花期分别提前了29和14 d。100.0~250.0 mg/L 6-BA可使烈香茶花花期提前4~5 d,500.0~1000.0 mg/L 6-BA可使烈香茶花花期延迟5~6 d,1000.0 mg/L 6-BA可使烈香茶花盛花期延迟8 d。不同浓度GA、6-BA和GA+6-BA处理均不影响茶花的整体观赏效果。【结论】不同植物外源激素的种类和浓度对同一植物花期的调控效果也不相同。于花苞期喷施1000.0 mg/L GA对烈香茶花提前开花效果最佳,喷施1000.0 mg/L 6-BA对延迟其开花效果最明显,该技术可直接应用于盆栽茶花进行花期调控。

【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to study impact of plant exogenous hormones on florescence and flowering quality of camellia,in order to provide scientific basis for flowering regulation of potted camellia.【Method】After buds came into being, gibberellin(GA),6-benzyladenine(6-BA) and two hormones equal mixture solution(GA+6-BA) at concentrations of 100.0, 250.0, 500.0 and 1000.0 mg/L were sprayed onto High Fragrance potted seedlings. The seedlings being sprayed with clear water were taken as control(CK). The first flower stage, beginning of blooming stage, full-bloom stage and late-bloom stage were observed, and flower diameter and single flowering period were recorded. 【Result】Spraying 100.0-1000.0 mg/LGA, 100.0-1000.0 mg/L GA+6-BA on High Fragrance potted seedlings could bring forward flowering period of camellia, and the lead time increased as the concentration of GA and GA+6-BA increased. When the concentrations of GA and GA+6-BA reached 1000.0 mg/LGA, the flowering periods were 29 days and 14 days earlier respectively. Spraying 100.0-250.0 mg/L 6-BA could induce the flowering period of High Fragrance 4-5 days earlier. Spraying 500.0-1000.0 mg/L 6-BA would delay the flowering period of High Fragrance 5-6 days and 1000.0 mg/L 6-BA treatment would delay full-bloom stage 8 days. GA, 6-BA and GA+6-BA of different concentrations did not affect the overall ornamental effect of camellia. 【Conclusion】Plant exogenous hormones of different types and concentrations have different regulation effects on flowering stage of the same plant. Effects of spraying 1000.0 mg/L GA on inducing flowering period is better than other treatments, and spraying 1000.0 mg/L 6-BA at bud stage has the best delay effect on flowering period of High Fragrance. This technique can be directly applied to florescence regulation of potted camellia.
