盐度与pH对长肋日月贝幼虫存活及生长的影响 |

【目的】探讨长肋日月贝幼虫发育的适宜环境因子,为其规模化繁育及种质资源保护提供参考依据。【方法】分别进行不同海水盐度和pH对长肋日月贝直线铰合幼虫存活及生长的影响试验,采用两点法与回归分析法进行长肋明贝幼虫的生存和生长适宜盐度及生存和生长适宜pH界定。【结果】盐度与pH对长肋日月贝直线铰合幼虫的存活及生长有显著影响(P<0.05)。长肋日月贝直线铰合幼虫的生存适宜盐度为23.20‰~38.02‰,最适盐度为25.00‰~ |
【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to investigate optimum environmental conditions for growth and development of Amusium pleuronectes larvae, in order to provide reference for large-scale propagation and genetic resources conservation of A. pleuronectes. 【Method】The effects of salinity and pH on survival and growth of A. pleuronectes straight-hinged larvae were studied under the controlled conditions. And the optimal salinity and pH for survival and growth were defined through two-point method and regression analysis. 【Result】The results showed that the salinity and pH had significant effects on survival and growth of straight-hinged A. pleuronectes larval(P<0.05). The suitable salinity for survival was 23.20‰-38.02‰, and the optimal salinity was 25.00‰-35.00‰. The suitable salinity for growth was 22.53‰-37.99‰, and the optimal salinity was 25.00‰-35.00‰. In addition, the suitable pH for survival was 6.8-8.8, the optimal pH was 7.0-8.5, and the suitable pH for growth was 6.3-8.6, and the optimal pH was 7.5-8.5. 【Conclusion】The tolerance to low salinity for A. pleuronectes straight-hinged larvae is not strong enough, thus the nursery for rearing larvae should be near coast with 25.00‰-35.00‰ salinity, and it is necessary to maintain optimum salinity for survival and growth, so as to prevent salinity and pH from declining sharply. |
