抗菌肽对凡纳滨对虾生产性能及机体成分的影响

【目的】研究抗菌肽对凡纳滨对虾生长性能和机体成分的影响,为水产饵料抗菌肽添加剂的研发与应用提供参考。【方法】以健康凡纳滨对虾虾苗为试验动物,在育苗池内进行养殖试验,分别在基础饵料中添加1.0 mL/kg(1号组)、3.0 mL/kg(2号组)、5.0 mL/kg(3号组)、8.0 mL/kg(4号组)和12.0 mL/kg(5号组)的抗菌肽,以不添加抗菌肽为对照,每组设3个平行,对比不同水平抗菌肽对凡纳滨对虾生长性能和机体营养成分的影响。【结果】投喂40 d后,抗菌肽对凡纳滨对虾的增重率、成活率、体长增长率及粗蛋白、粗脂肪和磷含量均有显著影响(P<0.05,下同)。4号组和5号组凡纳滨对虾的增重率和体长增长率最高,显著高于其他各组;2~5号组的凡纳滨对虾成活率均达100%,显著高于对照组;4、5号组凡纳滨对虾的粗蛋白含量显著高于对照组和1、2号组;3、4、5号组粗脂肪含量及各试验组磷含量均显著低于对照组。抗菌肽对凡纳滨对虾的饵料系数及水分、粗灰分和钙含量则无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】在饵料中添加抗菌肽可提高凡纳滨对虾虾苗的增重率和成活率,并适当改善凡纳滨对虾营养品质,以添加量为5.0~8.0 mL/kg的效果最佳。

【Objective】The present experiment is conducted to study effects of additive antimicrobial peptides on growth performance and body composition of Penaeus vannamei, in order to provide some references for research and application of antimicrobial peptides in aquatic feed additive. 【Method】Some healthy P. vannamei shrimp larvae were selected, and raised in nursery pond. These shrimp larvae were divided into six treatment groups, and then fed on experimental diets containing at 0 mL/kg(control group), 1.0 mL/kg(Group 1), 3.0 mL/kg(Group 2), 5.0 mL/kg(Group 3), 8.0 mL/kg(Group 4) and 12.0 mL/kg(Group 5) antimicrobial peptides, respectively. There were 3 replicates in each treatment. Then effects of diets with different contents of antibacterial peptides on growth performance and body composition of P. vannamei were analyzed. 【Result】After 40 days of feeding, the antimicrobial peptides had significant effect on growth performance and body composition indexes of P. vannamei, such as weight gain rate, survival rate, body-length growth rate, crude protein content, crude fat content, phosphorus content(P<0.05, the same below). The body-length growth rate and weight gain rate of Group 4 and 5 were the highest, which were significantly higher than those of other groups. The survival rates of Group 2, 3, 4 and 5 were up to 100%, which were significantly higher than that of control group. The crude protein contents of Group 4 and 5 were significantly higher than those of control group, Group 1 and 2. The crude fat contents of Group 3, 4 and 5 were significantly lower than that of control group. In addition, the phosphorus contents of Group 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were significantly lower than that of control group. Besides, the antimicrobial peptides had no significant effect on feed conversion efficiency, moisture, crude ash content or calcium content of P. vannamei(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Adding antimicrobial peptides into diets can increase weight gain rate of shrimp larvae in varying degrees, and improve properly nutritional quality of P. vannamei, the optimal additive amount of antimicrobial peptides is 5.0-8.0 mL/kg in diets.
