【目的】优化梵净山七叶一枝花总黄酮提取工艺,为其综合开发与利用提供技术支持。【方法】以梵净山七叶一枝花为材料,通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察料液比、乙醇体积分数、浸提温度和浸提次数对七叶一枝花总黄酮提取效果的影响。【结果】影响七叶一枝花总黄酮提取的因素顺序为:乙醇体积分数>料液比>浸提次数>浸提温度,其最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶15,乙醇体积分数90%,浸提温度70 ℃,浸提3次。在最佳工艺条件下,提取获得的七叶一枝花总黄酮含量为4.92 mg/g。【结论】乙醇超声波浸提法具有稳定性好、成本较低、易操作等特点,可有效提取获得七叶一枝花总黄酮。 |
【Objective】The extraction process of total flavonoids from Paris polyphylla in Fanjing Mountain was optimized to provide technical support for the comprehensive development and utilization. 【Method】Paris polyphylla in Fanjing Mountain was used as materials. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were conducted to investigate the effects of liquid-material ratio, ethanol volume, extracting temperature and times on the extraction of total flavonoids from Paris polyphylla. 【Result】The results showed that the order of factors influencing total flavonoids extraction was ethanol volume>liquid-material ratio>times>extracting temperature. The optimal process conditions were ethanol volume of 90%, liquid-material ratio of 1∶15, extraction temperature of 70 ℃ and extracting times of 3. Under those optimal conditions, total flavonoids content was 4.92 mg/g. 【Conclusion】The method of ethanol ultrasonic extraction is stable, low cost, and accessible, hence it can be adopted for extracting total flavonoids from Paris polyphylla. |
