西南山区耕地质量动态监测样点布控体系研究——以重庆丰都为例 |

【目的】以重庆市丰都县为例,建立西南山区耕地质量动态监测样点布控体系,为西南山区耕地保护提供依据,也为我国其他地区国土部门制定耕地质量保护政策提供参考。【方法】根据区域背景分析将监测区域划分为自然质量、利用水平、经济水平、土地利用特征4个背景分区,最终划定监测控制均质区,以“以点带面”的方法反映监测区域耕地质量的总体变化趋势。【结果】研究区域共划分7个监测控制类型区,在监测控制大区的基础上划分33个监测控制区,布控111个固定监测样点,分别分布于不同监测控制区、不同耕地质量区和不同土地利用类型上;17个土地利用工程活动区域内布局42个动态监测样点,构建了耕地质量动态监测样点布控体系。【结论】划定的监测控制区符合西南山区土地利用及耕地质量分布特点,并具有均质特点;采取多信息、多时段立体采集长期固定监测点的方法,能更科学合理地监测区域内耕地质量变化;根据西南山区土地利用工程项目特点布控动态监测样点更科学。 |
【Objective】Taking Fengdu county in Chongqing as an example, a dynamic monitoring sampling point arrangement system of cultivated land quality in southwestern mountainous area was built to provide references for cultivated land protection in southwestern mountainous area and cultivated land protection policy-making for territory departments in other areas of China.【Method】According to regional background analysis of the monitoring area,there were four partitions of natural quality, utilization level,economic level and land use characteristics in the background. Finally the supervised monitoring area was designated. The approach of one unit guiding a whole area was used to reflect the change trend of cultivated land quality of the overall monitoring area. 【Result】The study area was divided into 7 monitoring control areas,including 33 supervised monitoring areas. A total of 111 samples from the fixed monitoring points were distributed in different monitoring control areas with different cultivated land qualities and different land use types. Forty-two dynamic monitoring samples of 17 engineering activity areas were laid out. A dynamic monitoring and sampling control system of cultivated land quality was built. 【Conclusion】Designated monitoring control area conformed with land use and cultivated land quality distribution characteristics of southwest mountainous area, and it had the characteristics of homogeneity. Multi-information and multi-duration stereoscopic and long-term monitoring method was a more scientific and reasonable way for supervising cultivated land quality. It is more scientific to choose dynamic monitoring sampling spots based on land use project features in southwestern mountainous area. |
