竹醋液对不同品种烤烟种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘要:

【目的】研究竹醋液对不同品种烤烟种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为其在烟草生产上的应用提供参考。【方法】采用室内培养皿种子萌发试验和温室育苗方法,分别设50、100、200、400倍竹醋液稀释处理,以清水为对照,测定云烟97、贵烟2号、韭菜坪2号、毕纳1号和红花大金元种子发芽和云烟97烟苗生长的相关指标。【结果】与对照相比,使用不同浓度竹醋液抑制了不同烤烟品种种子的萌发和生长,各烤烟品种的种子发芽率、种子发芽指数、幼苗全长、根长和茎长、鲜重出现不同程度降低,且大部分达显著水平(P<0.05,下同);50倍竹醋液处理完全抑制了供试烤烟品种种子的萌发。随着培养皿中竹醋液浓度的增加,各烤烟品种种子发芽率、种子发芽指数、幼苗全长、根长、茎长、鲜重均呈降低趋势;除红花大金元外,其他烤烟品种的种子活力指数表现为:100倍<200倍<400倍<对照,且各处理间差异显著。在幼苗期对云烟97叶面喷施不同浓度竹醋液,与对照相比,除200倍处理的茎围、50倍处理的最大叶长和100倍处理的叶片叶绿素含量外,喷施不同浓度竹醋液可不同程度提高云烟97幼苗的株高、茎围、最大叶长和叶宽、干物质重、根系体积。不同浓度竹醋液处理中,以100倍处理株高、最大叶长和根系体积最高,分别为3.36 cm和10.14 cm、0.92 mL;以400倍处理的烟苗茎围、干物质重、最大叶宽达到最高,分别为1.82 cm、0.262 g和5.74 cm。【结论】在培养皿中添加不同浓度竹醋液会抑制烤烟种子萌发和幼苗生长;漂浮育苗过程中,对幼苗叶片喷施100~400倍竹醋液,可在不同程度上促进幼苗生长并改善其质量。

【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to study the influences of bamboo vinegar on seed germination and seedling growth of different flue-cured tobacco varieties in order to provide references for its application in tobacco production. 【Method】By using indoor culture dish method and greenhouse seedling-raising plate culture, four different bamboo vinegar dilutions (400, 200, 100, and 50 times) were designed and water was used as the control(CK). The germination indices of Yunyan 97, Guiyan 2, Jiucaiping 2, Bina 1 and Honghuadajinyuan were determined after seed germinating for 14 days. The seedling growth indices of Yunyan 97 were investigated after 10 days of spaying bamboo vinegar on seedling leaves at the 3rd time. 【Result】Compared with the CK, different bamboo vinegar dilutions could inhibit the seed germination and seedling growth of all flue-cured tobacco varieties. The seed germination rate and index, whole length, root length, stem length and fresh weight of seedling for all varieties presented decreasing to varying degrees. The bamboo vinegar dilution of 50 times showed thorough inhibition to seed germination of all varieties. With the increase of bamboo vinegar concentration in culture dish, the seed germination rate and index, whole length, root length, stem length and fresh weight of seedling for all varieties showed decreasing trend. Excepting for variety Honghuadajinyuan, the sequence from low to high for seed vigor index of the other varieties was as follows: 100 times<200 times<400 times<control, and different treatments showed significant difference. After spraying bamboo vinegar dilution at seedling stage, the stem girth of Yunyan 97 seedling in 200 times dilution treatment, the max leaf length in 50 times dilution treatment and the chlorophyll content in 100 times dilution treatment showed decreasing as compared to those of control. While the plant height, stem girth, the max leaf length and width, dry weight of seedling and root volume in different bamboo vinegar treatments were found to be increased to varying degrees. In all bamboo vinegar treatments, the plant height, max leaf length and root volume in 100 times dilution treatment were the highest with 3.36 and 10.14 cm, and 0.92 mL. And the stem girth, dry weight and max leaf width of seedling in 400 times dilution treatment also showed the highest with 1.82 cm, 0.262 g and 5.74 cm. 【Conclusion】Supplying 50-400 times bamboo vinegar solution in culture dish could inhibit the seed germination of flue-cured tobacco, while spraying 100-400 times bamboo vinegar solution to leaves could promote the seedling growth of Yunyan 97 to varying degrees.
