团头鲂养殖区水质的季节变化及评价

摘要:

【目的】掌握团头鲂养殖区水质的季节变化规律,为构建其健康养殖模式提供科学依据。【方法】对团头鲂养殖区水源地、补水池及精养池塘3个养殖相关水体全年的水质变化进行监测,测定指标包括温度(T)、pH、溶氧(DO)、透明度(SD)、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH3-N)、亚硝态氮(NO2--N)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、叶绿素a(Chla)。【结果】水源地的SD和NH3-N在四季里无显著差异(P>0.05,下同),而其他指标存在不同程度的季节差异(P<0.05,下同),水质优劣排序为:夏季>秋季>春季>冬季;补水池各水质指标存在不同程度的季节差异,水质优劣排序为:春季>冬季>秋季>夏季;精养池塘的pH、DO、SD、CODMn和Chla在四季里无显著差异,TP、TN、NH3-N和NO2--N在冬季和夏季存在显著差异,水质优劣排序为:秋季>春季>夏季>冬季。团头鲂养殖区的水体已呈富营养化,其中精养池塘全年的营养状态均为重度富营养化。【结论】团头鲂养殖区的水质大部分在Ⅳ~Ⅴ类,且水体富营养化严重,尤其在冬季要注意对水质的管理,可通过种植水生植物对水源进行净化。

【Objective】the present experiment was conducted to evaluate and analyze the seasonal variation of water quality in Megalobrama amblycephala culture area, in order to provide scientific basis for building healthy culture model. 【Method】Annual water quality changes of water source, impounding reservoir and intensive culture ponds were monitored in Megalobrama amblycephala culture area. The major indexes were determined, including temperature(T), pH, dissolved oxygen(DO), transparency(SD), total phosphorus(TP), total nitrogen(TN), ammonium nitrogen(NH3-N), nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N), permanganate index(CODMn) and chlorophyll a(Chla). 【Result】the results showed that some differences of SD and NH3-N of water source were not found significant, but significant differences existed among other indexes in different seasons, and the pros and cons water quality in order was summer>autumn>spring>winter; significant differences existed among the whole indexes of impounding reservoir in different seasons, the pros and cons water quality in order was autumn>winter>spring>summer; some differences were not found significant for pH, DO, SD, CODMn and Chla of intensive culture pond, but significant differences existed among other indexes between winter and summer, the pros and cons water quality in order was autumn>spring>summer>winter. Water body of culture area was eutrophicated, especially intensive culture pond was hyper-eutrophicated. 【Conclusion】Water quality of Megalobrama amblycephala culture area are Ⅳ-Ⅴ grades mostly and eutrophicated seriously, and it should be paid more attention to the management of water quality especially during winter, and water can be purified by planting hydrophyte.
