我国农业循环经济发展效益评价

【Objective】The development benefits of agricultural circular economy in China was evaluated to provide references for relevant government departments to arrange the future key points of agricultural circular economy. 【Method】According to the principles of agricultural circular economy, such as minimization, recycling, reuse, as well as the targets of agricultural development, such as circular economy economic, social and ecological benefits, 20 indicators in four categories were selected to build the evaluation index system of China’s agricultural cycle of economic development benefit in China. The development benefits of circular agricultural economy were evaluated using entropy weight coefficient method. 【Result】Overall, agricultural circular economy in China enjoyed rapid development. Judging from the classification indicators, the level of recycling of agricultural resources, and economic and ecological benefits were on the rise, however, the controlling effect of reduction in using agricultural resources was not ideal. 【Suggestion】In order to achieve the quality leap of agricultural recycling economy construction, it is proposed to build long-term effective incentive system with interests and behavioral constraints, accelerate the improvement of agricultural science and technology system in ecological civilization field, strengthen the farmers’ awareness of circular economy, and further improve economic benefits of circular agriculture.
