黄皮叶黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性研究

【Objective】The antioxidant activity of flavonoid extracts from Clausena lansium leaves was studied so as to provide references for further development and utilization. 【Method】The clearance effects on superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical as well as the peroxide values of lard were determined using pyrogallol autoxidation method, salicylic acid method and sodium thiosulfate titration in order to explore the antioxidant activity of flavonoid extracts from Clausena lansium leaves. 【Result】The clearance effect of flavonoids from Clausena lansium leaves on superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical showed positive correlation. When the concentration was 0.12 mg/mL, all of the clearance effect was more than 50%. The anti oxidative activity of flavonoid extracts from Clausena lansium leaves on lard increased with the rising concentration. 【Conclusion】The flavonoids of Clausena lansium leaves had good ability to scavenge superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical, and exhibited good anti-oxidative activity on lard. Therefore, the flavonoids enjoyed a capacious market future.
