Based on previous year’s experience and major achievements in effort of agricultural science & technology dissemination in rural areas of Guangxi, this article explained the major existing problems and their solutions. This article also propose a work plan for next year which is based on the rectification of previous year’s shortcomings, and is made to guarantee the successful agricultural science & technology dissemination in rural areas during the year 2012. Need of innovative exploratory projects based on research and studies, institutional and individual cooperations， talent input， and publicity have been suggested for efficient communication， coordination and work performance in order to full execution of the 2012 work plan.
