【Objective】The experiment was conducted to screen some pesticides with high contact toxicity to eggs and adults of Conopomorpha sinensis in order to develop scientific control measures for C. sinensis. 【Method】The toxicity effects of several pesticides on the eggs and adults of C. sinensis were tested by using immersion and drug membrane methods. The effects of screened pesticides with high contact toxicity were determined in filed by using conventional methods. 【Result】The application of seven pesticides (3.2% Emamectin benzoateo·Cypermethrin 2000 times dilution,44% Cypermethrino·Profenofos 1000 times dilution,4.5% Cypermethrin 1000 times dilution,48% Chlorpyrifos 1000 times dilution, 52.25% Chlorpyrifoso·Cypermethrin 1000 times dilution,40% Profenofos 1000 times dilution and 20% Triazophos 1000 times dilution) on adults of C. sinensis resulted in 100% mortality rate in 12 hours. At the same time, the contact toxicity effects of all pesticides, except 40% Profenofos and 20% Triazophos, on eggs of C. sinensis reached 100%. Among 13 treatments, the control effects of 12 treatments in field were more than 80% and the control effects of 8 treatments in field were more than 90%. 【Conclusion】Effects of six kinds of pesticides (13% Beta cypermethrino·Triazophos EC, 22% Chlorpyrifoso·Cypermethrin EC, 4.5% Beta cypermethrin EC, 5% Cypermethrin EC, 48% Chlorpyrifos EC and 40% Chlorpyrifos EC) were found to be better in orchard. They may be used in large-scale production system. 3.2% Emamectin benzoateo Cypermethrin ME, 44% Cypermethrino Profenofos EC and 52.25% Chlorpyrifoso·Cypermethrin EC may be used as alternative control agents in orchards.
