复混肥和干预剂对青菜品质及土壤理化性状的影响

【Objective】The effect of long-acting compound organic fertilizers and biological intervene agent on the biomass and quality of Chinese cabbage, and physico-chemical characteristics of the soils was studied. 【Method】The Chinese cabbage seedlings were treated with various ratio of long-acting compound organic fertilizer, and the fresh weight, height, vitamin C content, protein, soluble sugar and nitrite content were measured. Meanwhile, soil nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter content and pH value were also measured in different treatments. 【Result】The results showed that the biomass and shoot height significantly increased by using long-acting compound organic fertilizer and biological intervene agent. The lower ratio of organic fertilizer, especially manifested the most effective functions compared to the control, whereas it did not showed marked difference with chemical fertilizer. The quality of Chinese cabbage improved remarkably by the organic fertilizer and biological intervene agent compared to control. The vitamin C, protein and soluble sugar content increased significantly, whereas the nitrite content decreased in organic fertilizer and biological intervene agent treated plants. Although the biomass was highest the quality of Chinese cabbage was lower in chemical fertilizer treatment. The soil organic matter and N, P and K content increased significantly compared to the control, however, the pH value was not affected in long-acting compound organic fertilizer treatment. 【Conclusion】The results suggested that long-acting compound organic fertilizer together with biological intervention agent enhanced the nutrient status of soils and improved the quality of Chinese cabbage to a great extent.
